My Last Two Week's Activities

Hello again!

Here is my last two week's activities from 9th to 20th February.

First on Monday 9th February, written on my Blog which what I did the week before. And later on, we finished my review and busy filming of Bad Support. They filmed us outside of Co-op Store.

Tuesday 10th, we played Ten Pin bowling and my good popular score 109, couple of strikes so far. And I did some good drama sessions at the TR2.

Wednesday 11th, we visit the Devonport Dockyard to see and went inside the submarine which they done in those days. Unlike what we had at home, the bunk beds were too narrow and tight to each other, same goes to the toilets and the showers. After all, we can be very smelly and didn't have enough time to have a clean shower or having a shave if we busy working at the submarine during a year like the the sailors did.

Thursday 12th, me and some workers were busy helping out to sell some cards, jewellery, Valentine's Day items and even my famous dotty painting pictures of the Plymouth lighthouse.

I was very proud how I sold the painting to a costumer who loved and interest the painting. And during our relaxing break, we had a nice cup of tea and a delicious Valentine's cup cake. Yummy, yum, yum!

And on Friday 13th, we went to the Cinema to see "BIG HERO 6" and it was awesome. And we had lunch at the Caffeine Club with two drinks, Classic Chocolate milkshake and a cup of Hot Chocolate.

Very good week for the first one indeed.

And the weekend I was away in Nottingham to celebrate my uncle's 60th Birthday, which was a day on Valentine's day.

 Simba and Mufasa,

Me and my lover had a wonderful time on Valentine's Day, we ate a wholes dish of delicious love hearts, we watched our two favourite films: Beauty and the Beast (My lover's favourite film) and the Lion King (My favourite film), and in the evening at Uncle's Party we had a romance dance away at the dance floor.

Oh! How romantic time we had, and she even gave me a kiss.

After my day's off in Nottingham, I'm back to work on Wednesday 18th February, we went to Mount Edgecombe to go segway.

I was very wise, slow, careful and steady without any accidents and I went through the segway training school and I was doing really well about five times in good time.

On Thursday 19th, we're busy making some Mother's day cards ready to sell before Mother's Day.

And in the afternoon, I was busy Creating my masterpiece of the picture landscape of both Barbican and the Plymouth Hoe. Oh! And also later that evening, we all went to the Devenport Playhouse to see one of My friend's family production; Alice in Wonderland.
What a great performance and so hilarious, even so hilarious part where Alice had met the Duchess, Pepper the cranky, bad tempered cook, Cheshire cat and even ill screaming cried baby which later turns out to be a pig.

And finally on Friday 20th February, we visit the new Range store in the morning.

And as it was Chinese New year, we to Pan Asia Restaurant and we each have our own Chinese meal. My meal was a chicken, rice, noodles with quackers on the side, and some desserts for afterwards.

Isn't it a big blog what I did so far. Well, after all my two weeks of blog, here was one of my and my lover's songs with the lyrics for you all to sing which we danced at the disco on Valentine's Day. Dirty Dancing; Time of my life.

Last week's post

Last week, start from Monday we been carrying on blogging as usual, we're still planning to film a video "Bad Support" to show some new supporters. We're also doing a review telling about ourselves.

Tuesday there's been a little crisis; Me and my friends went on Ice skating at the Pavilion's with out support workers. We haven't been ice skating for a while, before we start ice skating, we saw a girl who's been ice skating well and do all sorts of kind tricks. Soon it was our turn to do ice skate. It was very hard to keep ice skating, one of my friends tried to do the splits like the girl who did ice skating earlier and then suddenly he twisted his leg and his leg has just bend behind him. We all felt sorry for poor Friend. After that we had lunch at the Chaddlewood Inn. And in the evening we both went to the TR2 for a drama session.

On Wednesday, while my friend was having two days off resting his leg, we went to Bodmin Jail. It was dark, cold, haunted and most bloody awful down below the building which what they do to the prisoner years ago. But they don't do that any more. It was now become a visiting centre or a museum so that the visitors would come for a tour. None of us like living in the cold, dark prison like the prisoners, but in those days they would be send them there after they doing bad things like murder, poison, drowning and anything else. And some says they're can be ghosts.

On Thursday, We were taking some items to sell at the Stoke Damerel Church. There's no one wern't available someone taken ill and someone won't arrive till later on, so I'm the only who can help Ali to setting the stall. We had a lovely cup of teas and cakes. I was feeling very proud of myself that I had three customers had pre ordered my painting of the Plymouth Hoe lighthouse. They like my painting very much and they all wanted to buy it. After that we're back at the studio ready in time to see the video of the fire safety with one of the official volunteered firemen. And then we're continue decorating the Valentine's day sale.

And on Friday, we had drama sessions at the TR2 which is Animate. We're doing the play show "The Wizard of Oz" and I played as the Tin Man. We all doing the parts for the play. And after that we had lunch at Lord Louis and we went shopping at Sainsbury's to buy some doughnuts and cookies.

What a week we had, and we're very glad that our friend was back feeling a lot better.

Apoligies from my mistaken

Sorry about the videos from last week on the blog. We had a little problem  to get videos from the picture files by mistake. However I brought them here properly this time  and I'll just recap the news from Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends if you like to know.

While we're in the dark, dark tunnel, I told my friends about one of the Thomas the Tank Engine stories "Henry and the Elephant". They loved that story and so here were two videos (different adaption versions) from Youtube found between the original stories from the book; Troublesome Engines in 1950 narrated by Johnny Morris and the Fourth Television series in 1995 narrated by Michael Angelis. Enjoy!

Henry and the Elephant 1950 & Henry and the Elephant 1995

Oh! And by the way, do you know it's been 70 years since the first Railway Series book "The Three Railway Engines" had been published, written by the Rev. W. Awdry who told his son; Christopher who was ill in bed with measles about talking steam train including Edward, Gordon, Henry and Thomas the Tank Engine. Well, it was their 70th anniversary of their true friendship of the railway. Oh, what a wonderful man who wrote lots of stories about talking trains. And as for their anniversary treat, there's a trailer of the new feature length special will be released in early 2015 "The Adventure Begins" going back in time just before Toby and Henrietta came to Sodor, before Henry had his new shape, before Percy came when the big engines were on strike, before Thomas made new friends with Bertie and Terence, and before James was painted red and given Thomas a Branch Line as his reward. This is when how Thomas first came to Sodor and being painted blue with number 1. Enjoy!!!

Last week events

Last week, we all had some activities from Monday to Friday.

Monday, we started to creating a film of "Bad Support". We're been practising acting on filming. It's a video that we going to show some new support workers that they shouldn't do. Meanwhile we're doing Blogging every Monday morning to type on the blog what we did every week.

Wednesday, we went Cotehele house to built our own kites. We're been busy measuring, cutting taping and tie a piece of string. We're been testing our kites to fly, but somehow it didn't seem to be last for very long. Some of our kites have dived down, or caught, or tangled, or the sticks to attached the kite have snapped, or the sticky tape became unstick, or the string broke off. It wasn't exactly strong and better like the normal ones. However we all enjoyed making and testing flying our own kites and we'll soon making a proper kites without any further mistakes.

Thursday, we went to Westpoint craft fair in Exeter with my friends and our supporters. We looked all sorts of crafts that people had made them and sell them, like sewing, decorating, creating, painting and even marbling the colours on anything you could use for cards, smaller woodwork, pebbles, seashells and you may also marbling with the cut out pictures to make greeting cards. Very interesting indeed.

And on Friday, we went to the Dockyard Museum Tour. We're looked at the model navy ships, photos of the navy during the decades, the uniforms and sailors outfits, and looking out with their periscope if you're in the submarine.

That was a good Friday's out and I've been dreaming about me and my lover in the romantic part from the film "An Officer and a Gentleman".

So here is a song video from the film; An Officer and a Gentleman. Up Where We Belong! and they had some lyrics for you to sing to. Enjoy!
